Content Strategist

House of Social is a creative agency that helps e-commerce businesses grow into recognisable household brands. The team focuses on branding, digital marketing, and content creation to build strong, engaging online presences for clients. We partner closely with brands to develop tailored strategies that drive visibility and conversion.

The Goal: This person is the architect. They focus on the why, when, and where. They look at the big picture, analyze data, supervise the team across brands, and build the roadmaps for large-scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop End-to-End Strategies: Architect comprehensive, data-driven content strategies and quarterly roadmaps for brands across Fashion, Jewellery, Sanitaryware, and Real Estate.
• Lead Campaign Planning: Proactively plan and pitch macro-campaigns for festive seasons, product launches, and major brand milestones months in advance.
• Define Brand Messaging: Establish and document the core messaging pillars, target audience personas, and overarching narrative for each client.
• Analyze & Optimize: Continuously analyze social media and content performance metrics. Translate data into actionable insights to pivot strategies, improve ROI, and inform future campaigns.
• Own the Master Calendar: Oversee the overarching content calendar, ensuring a strategic balance of promotional, educational, and engaging content.
• Drive Client Alignment: Deeply understand client business objectives and proactively present strategic solutions to their pain points before they ask.
• Guide the Creative Team: Write clear, inspiring creative briefs for the copywriting and design teams, ensuring all deliverables align with the broader strategic vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Media and Communications, Advertising or related discipline
• Should own a laptop
