Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Specialist role based in Kozhikode. The Content Specialist will plan, create, and manage written and digital content to support Limelight Pictures’ projects and brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, drafting copy for web and social media, coordinating with production and marketing teams, and ensuring consistency in messaging across platforms. The role also involves optimizing content for audience engagement, updating and maintaining content repositories, and monitoring performance metrics to refine content strategies. The Content Specialist will collaborate closely with creative, design, and marketing colleagues to align all content with project objectives and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Content Management skills for maintaining and updating digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize content across channels.
• Relevant experience in media, entertainment, or digital marketing is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and capability to work collaboratively on-site in Kozhikode.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
