Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Content Creator who can create engaging Reels, Shorts, UGC, and product videos.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have strong storytelling and communication skills, and understand how to create content that grabs attention and keeps viewers engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, UGC, and product videos.
• Develop creative content concepts, hooks, and scripts.
• Be confident and energetic in front of the camera – Mandatory.
• Use storytelling to make product and brand content interesting and relatable.
• Follow the Hook → Story → Value → CTA content structure.
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats.
• Manage the complete content process: Idea → Script → Shoot → Publish.
• Monitor content performance and improve content based on engagement and retention.

Required Skills

• Excellent on-camera presence and confidence.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Good understanding of hooks, audience retention, and short-form content.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Strong scriptwriting and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC content.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and editing.
