We’re hiring: Content Lead at InGoodHands 💛

🌱 Who we are

InGoodHands is a Bangalore based early-stage, funded startup in Bangalore making medically supervised weight loss and metabolic health care accessible to India. We bring together doctors, nutritionists and modern science to help people who’ve been told for years to “just eat less, walk more.” We want to replace shame with science, and make real help feel as easy to reach as opening Instagram.

🎯 What you’ll do

You’ll own content for two pages: the InGoodHands brand page and my personal page, Nikita.ingoodhands. You’ll take ideas from a spark to a script to a shoot to a post, and then look at the numbers to work out what to do next.

You’ll work closely with our doctors and nutritionists to turn science into stories people actually understand. You’ll find and tell real patient journeys in a way that makes someone watching think, “that’s me.” You’ll spot trends early and know which ones fit us and which ones don’t. Over time, you’ll build our content playbook: what we post, why we post it, and what it drives, because likes are nice but changed lives are better.

✨ Who you are

You’ve spent the last 2–5 years in content, either creating it on your own page or growing it for others. You eat, sleep, drink and scroll content. You know it inside out: why one hook stops the thumb and another gets skipped, why one reel gets saved and shared while another dies at 200 views.

You understand what it takes to make good content fly, and you can explain it, not just feel it. You’re curious, quick and comfortable on and behind the camera. Because this is health, you care about getting things right as much as making them go viral. Hindi + English is a big plus.
