About the Role

We are looking for a creative Content Planner with strong Hindi content skills who can generate engaging ideas, plan content calendars and coordinate with the creative team for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative Hindi content ideas, concepts and hooks for Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Create content briefs and ideas for writers, designers and video editors.
• Research trends, competitors and audience interests.
• Plan engaging content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Develop ideas for promotional, festival and campaign-based content.
• Review content to ensure quality, accuracy and brand tone.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the creative team for timely content execution.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Content Planning, Content Strategy or Social Media.
• Strong command of Hindi content, writing and communication.
• Excellent ability to generate creative Hindi content ideas and hooks.
• Good understanding of social media trends and platforms.
• Strong research, communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of audience behaviour.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini is an advantage.

Preferred

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Education, Astrology, Wellness or Lifestyle brands.
• Experience with Hindi social media content and short-form video content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
