Sestra is a women’s nightwear D2C brand focused on comfort, freedom, and thoughtfully designed nightwear.

Role & Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for Instagram, product content, and brand campaigns.
• Independently edit Reels, social media content, and performance marketing ads for Instagram and Facebook.
• Create engaging ad creatives with strong hooks, product storytelling, and CTAs.
• Have basic graphic design skills to create posts, carousels, Stories, and promotional creatives.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing and improve creative workflows.
• Understand Instagram, D2C brands, and the difference between content for engagement and content that drives sales.
• Stay updated on relevant content formats and bring fresh creative ideas to the brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in video shooting, editing, and photography.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
• A good visual eye, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently take content from concept to final output.
