Role: In-House Content Creator

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic In-House Content Creator to develop engaging content for Ting’s social media platforms and manage content creation for our in-house brands. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, reels, trends, and fun, relatable content that connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• In-House Reel Creation: Conceptualise, shoot, and create engaging reels, short-form videos, and other creative content.
• Social Media Management: Handle Ting’s social media platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing content.
• Brand Management: Manage content creation for in-house brands, ensuring consistency in brand voice and identity.
• Fun & Trending Content: Create entertaining, relatable, and trend-driven content that resonates with the target audience.
• Content Planning: Develop content ideas, calendars, and creative concepts for upcoming campaigns and activities.
• On-Site Content Creation: Capture behind-the-scenes moments, office culture, events, and day-to-day activities.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, formats, and creative ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and account management teams to execute content ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience in creating reels and short-form videos.
• Understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Ability to develop fun, engaging, and relatable content.
• A proactive approach with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
• Comfortable being on camera or coordinating with others for content shoots, as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance.
• A good understanding of current digital trends and popular content formats.
