Consultant_Content Marketing (Technical Writing)

Our client, a leading Hyperscale Data Center Provider, is looking to engage with a Content Marketing Consultant (Technical Writing).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and carry out communications strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends, and lead marketing efforts to improve brand visibility, engagement and loyalty.
• Create content for various platforms, including press releases, blogs, social media and website updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to use industry events, product launches and milestones as communication opportunities.
• Build relationships with media outlets, journalists and influencers to secure media coverage.
• Monitor industry news and trends to spot thought-leadership and proactive communication opportunities.
• Manage crisis communications: draft statements, handle inquiries and coordinate responses.
• Drive internal communication initiatives so messaging stays consistent across the organisation.
• Produce and distribute regular internal newsletters.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations and other materials.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
