Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi (Jharkhand), responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at residential project site. This role includes coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring tasks are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules. The Construction Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, enforces construction safety standards, and maintains clean, organized work areas. The role also involves tracking material usage, reporting site status to management, resolving on-site issues, and communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Civil Diploma holders with 2-3 Years of experience
• Experience of working in High-rise residential sites
