Construction Operations Manager (India)

As an Assistant General Manager in Construction at Ayati Constructions and Estates LLP, your role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders like clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for project success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.- Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing training and support.- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures.- Oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and resolve issues during construction.- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety Maintain effective communication with clients, pmc, and team members, provide progress reports, and lead project meetings.- Ensure all work meets required standards, implement quality control procedures, and address any quality issues promptly.Qualifications:- B. Tech Civil in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.- Minimum of 16 years of experience in high rise construction project management.- Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Working Conditions:- Primarily on-site at construction Travel to various project sites may be required.- Must work in various weather conditions and environments.- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
