Construction Foreman

We are seeking to hire a full-time Construction Foreman whose role will be to oversee construction projects to completion, offering assistance with labor, planning, material procurement, etc.

Responsibilities

Oversee a construction project from planning to implementation.

Allocate resources and personnel for assigned projects.

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, clients, and consultants.

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Report on job progress to Project Manager.

Preparing and maintaining safety records and conducting regular site inspections, and monitoring site safety.

Monitor and ensure deadlines are met and the project schedule is being followed.

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in construction management

Knowledge of the safe and effective operation of various tools and equipment

Must be comfortable working in any weather condition

Ability to work in a team and assist on Site Issues

Easily decipher blueprints, renderings, and contractual documentation

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Ability to self-motivate under minimum supervision in the office and on-field assignments

Ability to work in a team, demonstrating leadership and organizational capabilities

Effectively communicate both verbal and written

Valid drivers license
