Hi, Please find JD. Constraint & Delivery Manager Time Horizon 0 – 30 days PURPOSE Own plant-level supply constraint identification and delivery performance. First-line resolver of supply disruptions — acting before the production scheduler knows there is a problem. No line stops, no surprises, no excuses. REPORTS TO Regional Procurement Lead — solid line KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities • Identify and escalate supply constraints daily; own plant-level constraint register • Manage supplier delivery performance at plant level; drive root cause analysis on failures • Mitigate line-down risk: coordinate emergency supply actions before impact on production • Expedite critical materials; escalate commercial leverage requirements to RCM after exhausting first-line options • Coordinate cross-functionally with production planning; maintain aligned constraint and delivery horizon • Execute root cause analysis on delivery failures; track corrective actions through to closure • Support inventory optimisation: flag excess and shortfall positions to planning team • Participate in Category Team as extended member; surface recurring supplier delivery issues to GCM/RCM Escalation Path: Product & project issues → Procurement Product Line Management structure | Category & supplier issues → Category Management structure KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPI 2026 Benchmark / Target Line-Down Incidents Zero procurement-attributable line stops (Deloitte 2025: best-in-class = zero tolerance policy) Supplier On Time Delivery Requested Delivery Failure Rate <5%; Promised Delivery Failure Rate <2% Constraint Resolution Cycle Time ≤72 hrs from identification to resolution plan for Critical-category constraints Expediting Cost <0.5% of managed spend attributed to emergency/expedited freight and premiums Past-Due PO Reduction Rate 10% QoQ reduction in past-due purchase order backlog at plant level Production Schedule Adherence ≥98% of production schedules met — procurement-attributable shortfalls <2% GOVERNANCE CADENCE Forum Frequency Focus Plant Supply Chain & Delivery Review Daily / Weekly Constraint identification; line-down risk; expedite actions; Tier 1–4 plant cadence Category Team (Extended) Per Global Category Council Recurring supplier delivery issues surfaced to GCM/RCM for commercial action Production Planning Alignment Daily Constraint horizon update; inventory position; schedule risk flags RCM Escalation As required Commercial escalation for expediting after first-line options exhausted
