Job Title: Company Lawyer / Legal Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Company Lawyer / Legal Advisor to handle legal documentation, draft and review contracts, manage legal notices, ensure legal compliance, and provide legal advice to the company.

Requirements

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience in corporate or commercial legal matters preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal documentation.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
