Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Handle customer service tasks including account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution.
• Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance.
• Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products through cross-selling and referrals.
• Enhance customer value by offering relevant financial solutions beyond their stated needs. Support relationship managers handling HNI clients and ensure low attrition rates.
• Maintain a balance between service excellence and sales performance.

Requirements

• Degree Level:Bachelor's Degree
