About the Role-

Strong expertise in:• ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM (Common Service Data Model) – end-to-end adoption• CI class modeling, service modeling, and dependency mapping• Proven experience in:• Large-scale CMDB implementations / transformation programs• CMDB data cleanup, normalization, and governance frameworks• Deep hands-on expertise in:• Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)• CI Identification rules, Data source precedence, reconciliation strategies• Strong understanding of CMDB Data Quality Management:• Completeness, correctness, compliance, duplication control• CMDB health dashboards and KPIs

Responsibilities-

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Total 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow
