ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Closing Manager to manage end-to-end property sales closures, ensure smooth client coordination, complete documentation, and achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end sales closing and client coordination.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize property deals.
• Coordinate site visits and client follow-ups.
• Prepare agreements and ensure complete documentation.
• Ensure legal and financial compliance during closures.
• Build strong client and channel partner relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation and closing process.
• Client relationship management.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
