Bradley Fairhurst Personnel is hiring a Clinical Documentation & Palliative Care Civil Surgeon for Clinical Research in Udangudi, Tamil Nadu. This is a full time position.

What you will do

• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate each patient's pathway.
• Maintain equipment checks and report faults before they affect care.
• Support families through difficult decisions and end of life care.
• Follow infection prevention practice on every contact without exception.
• Provide health education tailored to the patient in front of you.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
