About the Role

Modicle Studios is looking for a Client Servicing Manager / Creative Project Manager who can be the key link between our clients and internal creative teams.

The role involves managing client communication, understanding requirements, coordinating with design, website and video teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and as committed.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, good with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with design, website, video and other internal teams to execute projects.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals and follow-ups.
• Track project progress and ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.
• Collect, organize and communicate client feedback to the relevant teams.
• Keep clients updated on project status, timelines and next steps.
• Identify potential delays or challenges and proactively work towards solutions.
• Coordinate client calls, review meetings and project status updates.
• Maintain clear records of requirements, feedback, approvals and deliverables.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Project Management or Agency Operations.
• Experience working with creative, digital, web, branding, advertising or video-production teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and detail-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Graduation is mandatory.
