CIVIL SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR & BILLING ENGINEER

5 to 6 years of experience , with immediate joining or 15 days notice, only.

. 1. Quantity Surveying & BOQ Management

• Take-offs: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• BOQ Preparation: Draft, update, and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepare and verify BBS for reinforcement steel.
• Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis for standard items, extra items, and site-specific deviations.
• Client & Subcontractor Billing
• Running Account (RA) Bills: Prepare monthly RA bills, interim valuations, and final bills for clients.
• Measurement Books (MB): Record and maintain official measurements in Measurement Books as per site progress.
• Subcontractor Reconciliation: Verify work done by back-to-back vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely measurement sign-offs.
• Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to track and secure timely milestone payments.
• Cost Control & Reconciliation
• Material Reconciliation: Perform monthly or periodic reconciliation of major construction materials (cement, steel, blocks, sand, etc.) against theoretical consumption.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor site expenditures against baseline budgets to flag cost overruns early.
• Variations & Claims: Identify extra items, quantify site variations, and assist in negotiating claims with the client or consultant.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
