Civil Site Engineer and Supervisor

Udhyam Constructions is recruiting Civil Site Engineers and Supervisors for full-time, in-person work in Kochi, Kerala. We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience who can take responsibility for day-to-day site activities and communicate clearly with the people involved in project execution.

Salary: INR 20,000–50,000 per month.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience may also apply. Engineering and supervisor assignments will be considered according to the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Experience in interior projects is desirable.

The role covers daily site supervision, following drawings and specifications, and coordinating labour, vendors, subcontractors and engineers. You will monitor work timelines, quality and finishing, coordinate material requirements and usage, and help control material waste. You will also support site measurements and quantities for billing, maintain daily reports, uphold site safety and discipline, and assist with project handover.

Candidates should have proven site management experience with reputed contractors, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently while handling site responsibilities efficiently. The work includes developing and implementing site policies and procedures where required.

This position suits someone who can connect practical supervision with consistent coordination and reporting throughout site work. Willingness to travel to project sites is required. Candidates should be comfortable taking responsibility for the daily progress of assigned site activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
