Civil Project Manager - Commercial Projects

Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept

through handover.

• Coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to

ensure design intent is executed accurately.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and

procurement of materials and finishes.

• Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure that work
• complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting

minutes, reports, and correspondence.

• Support the design team during drawing production, value engineering, and

material selection.

• Resolve on-site issues swiftly and proactively to avoid project delays.
• Manage approvals, permits, and inspections as required by local

authorities.

• Submission and closure of bills with clients.
• Prepare and supervise the submission of H.O documents to clients for

project closure.

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all sites.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Bachelors of
• Engineering in Civils.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on

interior fit-outs.

• Proven track record of managing high-end commercial, corporate, or

hospitality interiors.

• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and interior

finishes.
