As a fresher, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and will actively contribute to the design, planning, site execution, and quality monitoring of real-time projects in residential, commercial, or infrastructure domains. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the civil engineering industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing structural and architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Support project teams in conducting site inspections, surveys, and measurements.
• Participate in preparing estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities based on project timelines.
• Monitor and document on-site activities to ensure work progress and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance with building codes and standards.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, construction materials, and structural behavior
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or other design/drafting tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Knowledge of surveying instruments, leveling, and basic project management tools
• Understanding of IS codes and construction quality norms
