Location: Indore

Role & responsibilities

• - Create room layouts using design software
• - Review shop drawings and technical specifications for accuracy, dimensions, and project
• requirements - pertaining to interior and exterior finishing materials.
• - Read architectural plans and create order lists based on window and door schedules
• - Prepare project binders for subcontractors
• - Prepare accurate material takeoffs and quantity estimates from architectural plans
• and/or construction drawings
• - Coordinate with the team for daily business operations

Skills Required

• - Expertise in softwares like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, ProKitchen, Revit is desired
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• - Responsible, punctual, and detail oriented
• - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• - Willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities
• - Adaptability in a fast pace environment

Candidate Requirements

• - Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred
• - Experience: 1-3 years in a design and residential architecture role
