Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Kazipet. The Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of civil construction and earthwork projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role involves conducting site inspections, managing resources, preparing reports, and supporting project documentation for government and industrial clients. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to construction projects.
• Candidates should possess Planning skills to manage project schedules, resource allocation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Stormwater Management skills to design and oversee drainage systems and related infrastructure.
• Candidates should be qualified Civil Engineers with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Relevant skills such as knowledge of construction codes and standards, proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD), and familiarity with government contract procedures are beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment, are preferred.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, railway, industrial, or government projects will be an added advantage.
