Udhyam Constructions is hiring a Civil Construction Site Supervisor to take responsibility for daily site work and keep people, materials and activities coordinated. This role suits someone who can stay involved in site operations, communicate clearly and handle assigned responsibilities independently.

You will supervise work against drawings and specifications, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and work with vendors and engineers on site requirements. Monitor progress against timelines and give attention to the quality and finishing of work as activities move forward.

Your responsibilities also include coordinating materials, controlling avoidable material waste, maintaining daily site reports and supporting quantities and measurements for billing. Maintain site safety and discipline, follow and help implement site policies and procedures, and support project handover.

We are looking for proven site management experience with reputed contractors, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities efficiently. Prior experience in interior projects is desirable.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience are also eligible for this supervisor role.

The position is based in Kochi and requires willingness to travel to project sites. Remuneration within the stated monthly range will depend on experience and performance. This role requires consistent attention to daily progress, practical coordination and efficient handling of site responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
