⚠️ MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST): ✅ Experience: 3 to 4 years of dedicated experience in IT Infrastructure Support and VDI environment management. A stable career history is required.

✅ Education: Any Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.

✅ Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: VDI Administration, User Session Troubleshooting, Active Directory Management, Virtualization Maintenance, Network Diagnostics.

✅ Software/Tools: Working proficiency in Citrix, VMware Horizon, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

✅ Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with global stakeholders and US-based teams.

✅ Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Bangalore with US/Rotational shift coverage (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST; female candidates WFH after 8:00 PM).

➡️ Position Overview

We are seeking a VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise-grade Virtual Desktop Infrastructures and core networking systems. You will resolve critical user access issues, manage Active Directory services, and collaborate directly with global infrastructure teams during US business hours.

💼 Core Responsibilities

✔️ VDI Operations: Support and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon user environments.

✔️ Directory Services: Manage Active Directory users, group policies, DNS configurations, and DHCP scopes.

✔️ System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical glitches across Windows operating systems and remote infrastructure.

✔️ Network Support: Diagnose basic network connectivity, latency, and core virtualization issues.

✔️ Global Stakeholder Support: Provide high-quality technical communication and resolution updates to global internal teams.
