Chief Marketing Officer (Business Development.-15-25-Vishkapatnam

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the Group's marketing and business development strategy.

 Identify new markets, customers, products and business opportunities.

 OEM business Development, profitable revenue Growth.

 Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

 Develop sales targets, market plans and revenue-growth strategies.

 Drive customer acquisition, retention and long-term business relationships.

 Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

 Work closely with Operations, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain teams.

 Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations and major customer engagements.

 Develop the Group's brand positioning and market presence.

 Drive sustainable revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

Common Leadership Expectations

Candidates for all three positions should have

 Proven experience in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industries.

 Experience of managing large teams and multiple locations/units.

 Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

 Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

 Ability to work closely with the Promoters, Board and Senior Management.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Marketing preferred

Experience: 15–20 years in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industry, with

significant experience in a senior marketing/business development role.
