Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the company's financial operations, financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, ensuring financial stability, and supporting strategic decision-making at the senior management level.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Financial Management: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, business performance, profitability, and key financial indicators to support management decisions.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, GST, income tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate internal and external audits, strengthen financial controls, and establish effective risk management procedures.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage liquidity, banking relationships, credit facilities, investments, and financial commitments.
• Business Advisory: Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, directors, and senior management to support business expansion and investment decisions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounts team, establish performance standards, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Process Improvement: Implement and improve financial systems, ERP solutions, reporting procedures, and financial management practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, investors, and other key financial stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish financial KPIs and monitor revenue, profitability, margins, and overall business performance.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
