8+ years of professional kitchen experienceStrong expertise South Indian CuisineExperience managing kitchen teams and restaurant operationsGood knowledge of menu planning, food costing, hygiene & quality controlHindi is mandatoryMust know any One Language Tamil, Telugu, or KannadaExperience in premium/high-volume restaurants preferredNew restaurant opening/setup experience is an advantageSalary: 20,000 to 45,000
