About the role

You will work on finance and accounting engagements for [US / Indian] clients, with training and guidance from senior team members. Freshers will be trained on our processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accounting entries, reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Support financial reporting, audit and compliance work
• Analyse financial data and flag variances or discrepancies
• Prepare schedules, working papers and management reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve queries within agreed timelines
• Follow accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS / Ind AS) and internal controls
