We're hiring - Finance Professional (Statutory Audit Coordination & Financial Reporting Focus)

Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Working days- Monday-Saturday (9.00am-6.00pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with accounting, tax, legal, and internal audit teams.

What Were Looking For

• Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory)
• Practical experience in statutory audits and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliations, and financial closing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
