Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management methodologies, particularly the Prosci ADKAR framework, and will be adept at designing and implementing training frameworks that facilitate organizational change. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients successfully navigate transitions and adopt new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Utilize the Prosci ADKAR framework to guide change initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver training programs using various L&D tools and methodologies to support change initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop communication plans that effectively convey the need for change.
• Leverage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Miro to create engaging training materials and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to teams and individuals throughout the change process.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices, particularly the Prosci ADKAR framework.
• Experience with L&D tools and methodologies for training design and delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Miro for creating training content and managing projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
