Catering Manager

Urgent Requirement - Catering Site Manager 5 positions. Work Location - Barmer ( Accommodation from company side). Responsibility - Kitchen Liaison: Work closely with executive chefs and culinary teams to ensure timely meal delivery and adherence to quality specifications. On-Site Supervision: Supervise food and beverage service pacing, plating standards, wine service, and guest interactions during live events. Staffing: Train Staff , schedule, and lead permanent and casual on-ground service teams, captains, and servers. Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, order stock replenishments, track event expenses, and minimize waste to optimize profit margins. Compliance: Enforce strict health, sanitation, safety, and hygiene regulations (such as HACCP or local food codes) across all workspaces. JOB Description : Proven experience as a Catrering Manager. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Team Management Skills. Ability to manage site . Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations. Familiarity with industry best practices and standards, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Excellent English Communication Skills.
