Hiring: Camp Boss / Catering Manager

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Camp Bosses and Catering Managers to manage industrial catering operations, workforce accommodation, and camp facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily camp operations, catering services, and workforce accommodation.
• Oversee large-scale food production, menu planning, food quality, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and HSE standards.
• Supervise multicultural teams, including kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff.
• Manage food costs, budgets, inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, training, discipline, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance, facilities management, and emergency response.
• Prepare operational reports and implement cost-saving measures.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Catering Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in industrial catering, remote-site operations, or camp management.
• Strong leadership and multicultural team management skills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and HSE compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to work at remote sites or project locations.
