Job Description
- Our company is looking for Calibration Engineer with qualification B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech. (Mechanical, Electrical, EE, Automotive)
Job Responsibilities
- Calibration of powertrain (Motor, Inverter, battery/BMS, DC/DC)
- Calibration of charging function (OBC, Fast Charger, BMS)
- Calibration of vehicle functions (Peripherals, Cluster, Infotainment screen)
- Model-based desk calibration & test bed calibration
- Data analysis and calibration optimization for performance, energy efficiency, drivability, and charging efficiency
- Homologation related calibration
- Diagnostics calibration
- Summer/Winter/Altitude calibration (Environmental)
- Calibration dataset release
- Experience in powertrain calibration for EV or IC engines
- Fundamentals related to thermal systems and HV systems
- Sound knowledge of PMSM control, Inverter, on-board charger, BMS, and BCU
- EV powertrain technology
- Embedded software understanding
- Matlab/Simulink
- Data acquisition and logging ( CANalyzer, PCAN Explorer, INCA, etc..)
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Calibration process
- Basic Knowledge of procedures and Regulations for homologation
- Good driving skills for 2-wheeler-geared vehicle
- Good oral and written communication skills
