Calibration of powertrain (Motor, Inverter, battery/BMS, DC/DC)
Calibration of charging function (OBC, Fast Charger, BMS)
Calibration of vehicle functions (Peripherals, Cluster, Infotainment screen)
Model-based desk calibration & test bed calibration
Data analysis and calibration optimization for performance, energy efficiency, drivability, and charging efficiency
Homologation related calibration
Diagnostics calibration
Summer/Winter/Altitude calibration (Environmental)
Calibration dataset release
Experience in powertrain calibration for EV or IC engines
Fundamentals related to thermal systems and HV systems
Sound knowledge of PMSM control, Inverter, on-board charger, BMS, and BCU
EV powertrain technology
Embedded software understanding
Matlab/Simulink
Data acquisition and logging ( CANalyzer, PCAN Explorer, INCA, etc..)
Data analysis and interpretation
Calibration process
Basic Knowledge of procedures and Regulations for homologation
Good driving skills for 2-wheeler-geared vehicle
Good oral and written communication skills
