Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to manage daily café operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, customer service, cash handling, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth shift management.
• Manage and guide stewards, baristas, cashiers, and other team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
• Ensure staff attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare shift handover reports and update the café manager on daily operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a café, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality setup.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of POS billing, cash handling, and basic inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Education: Graduate or relevant hospitality qualification preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
