Role Description The Business Process Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The consultant will analyze existing retail processes, map workflows, and identify gaps in front and back office operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting process assessments, recommending improvements, documenting standard operating procedures, and supporting implementation of new systems and workflows. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand business objectives, providing consulting insights, training client teams on process changes, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sustainable improvements. The consultant will also prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess operations, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to work with clients, understand their needs, and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience in retail operations, store management, or business process consulting is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
