🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee corporate strategies and long-term business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate business performance, financial indicators, and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish strategic objectives, performance targets, and key performance indicators across business units.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align business priorities and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, revenue growth, operational improvement, and business transformation.
• Lead strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Assess potential business risks and develop strategies to support organizational resilience and sustainable growth.
• Prepare business forecasts, strategic reports, investment proposals, and executive presentations.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments based on performance results.
• Support annual budgeting, business planning, and resource allocation processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field; an MBA or master's degree is an advantage.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that deliver measurable results.
