Business Development Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to support our sales and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn about client acquisition, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and target markets.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update the CRM with lead information.
• Reach out to prospects through calls and emails.
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Support market research and competitor analysis.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
