Business Development Manager - University Sales - Lucknow

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager, based in Lucknow, to drive institutional sales across Uttar Pradesh.

We’re looking for someone who already has strong relationships with college and university decision-makers—and knows how to turn access into trust, opportunities and closed business.

Fretbox brings campus living, meals, bookings, communication, permissions and student support together in one app. With customers across 16 Indian states/UTs, we’re building a larger presence—and Uttar Pradesh is a market we want you to help grow.

What you’ll own

The full sales cycle: prospecting, campus visits, discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiation and closure. You’ll also work with our implementation team to ensure each new customer gets a strong start.

Bring your institutional network, build new relationships and develop a pipeline through direct outreach and referrals.
