BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – STAFFING & HR OUTSOURCING

Gretis India is looking for experienced, self-driven Business Development Managers who can independently generate business, acquire corporate clients and develop strategic relationships across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business for Contract Staffing, Temporary Staffing, HR Outsourcing, Payroll Management and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Identify and acquire corporate, institutional, enterprise and government-sector clients.
• Establish relationships with CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs and procurement decision-makers.
• Develop strategic alliances, referral networks and business partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations and contract closure.
• Achieve revenue targets and build a sustainable business pipeline.

Who Should Apply?

✅ Professionals with 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in staffing, manpower outsourcing, payroll outsourcing or managed HR services.

✅ Candidates with established corporate relationships and strong business networks.

✅ Professionals with a demonstrated record of client acquisition and revenue generation.

✅ Individuals capable of independently managing business development activities and commercial negotiations.

Preference will be given to candidates with existing client relationships and a proven sales track record.
