Business Development Manager – School & Institutional Partnerships

Good partnerships begin with meaningful conversations.

At Rosemounts Institute, we’re looking for an experienced professional who can build trusted relationships with school leaders and develop lasting institutional partnerships.

This is a relationship-building and partnership-building role. It requires understanding a school’s priorities, identifying where our work can add value, and nurturing the connection from an initial conversation into an active, sustained partnership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build relationships with principals, school management, and educational decision-makers.
• Develop school and institutional partnerships in Dehradun and the surrounding region.
• Present our career counselling and skill development programmes with clarity and confidence.
• Develop relevant proposals, lead partnership discussions, and follow through on commitments.
• Work with our counselling and programme teams to support partner institutions.
• Take responsibility for agreed partnership and business growth targets.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A professional based in Dehradun or the surrounding area, with relevant experience in educational partnerships, institutional sales, or business development.

You should bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the professional presence to hold substantive conversations with principals and senior school leaders. An established local network and a proven record of developing successful partnerships will be especially valuable.

COMPENSATION

₹40,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. We are open to a higher salary for candidates with the right experience, a strong relevant network, and proven results. Approved work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed separately.
