Business Development Manager

MySkillDB is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow sales of our placement assistance tool to colleges and training institutes across Kerala. Full-time, based in Perinthalmanna, with travel across Kerala.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect institutions and build relationships with owners, principals and placement officers.
• Understand customer needs, deliver product demonstrations, and manage proposals, negotiation and sales closure.
• Coordinate onboarding, maintain customer relationships and share product feedback.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and work towards agreed revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience; 2–3 years in EdTech or education-product sales preferred.
• Experience selling education products or software to educational institutions, with proven sales results.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Professional communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala.
• An existing college or training institute network is an advantage.

COMPENSATION

₹4–6 lakh per annum, including bonus and sales incentives. The fixed and variable components will be discussed during the hiring process.
