Role Description The Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing, Human Resource role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building partnerships with institutions and corporate stakeholders, and supporting strategic growth initiatives for the federation. The position includes collaborating with internal teams to align digital marketing campaigns with business objectives, enhancing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads. The manager will also coordinate with human resource functions to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning aligned with business development goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing proposals, conducting market and competitor analysis, maintaining key client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and relationship management skills, including lead generation, networking, and partnership building.
• Experience in digital marketing strategy and execution, such as campaign planning, social media management, and performance analysis.
• Foundational human resource capabilities, including coordination with recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, interpret data, and develop actionable growth plans, preferably in the education or services sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Gurgaon, with readiness for client meetings and occasional travel as needed.
