Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through various channels. Identify and connect with potential corporate clients. Fix appointments with decision-makers and corporate clients. Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements. Promote and sell ISO Certification and related services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Conduct scheduled field visits to companies and factories. Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain regular sales reports and update lead and client information. Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in any of the following sectors are preferred: EdTech Banking and Finance B2B / Corporate Sales ISO Certification Certification, Inspection or Compliance Training and Corporate Services Other B2B service industries Required SkillsB2B sales and business development Lead generation Appointment fixing Corporate client handling Client relationship management Negotiation and communication skills Target-oriented approach Willingness to travel for client meetings Comfortable with regular field visits EligibilityCandidates with relevant B2B sales experience are preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also be considered. Candidates should be comfortable with target-based sales and field visits.
