Urban Roof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls and other lead-generation channels.
• Communicate with Telugu-speaking customers and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products or services.
• Manage lead follow-ups, sales discussions, negotiations, and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working from the Pune office.

Experience

• Relevant sales or business development experience is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
