Kiddingly Company is an education-focused organization working with schools to provide innovative learning and student-development programs. Kiddingly has recently expanded into multi-sport education and assessment organization focused on identifying, assessing, and nurturing sporting talent among school students through skill assessments, inter-school competitions, and championship pathways.

Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to develop school partnerships across Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily visits to schools.
• Generate new school leads through field visits, calls and references.
• Present programs and convert schools into partners.
• Follow up, negotiate and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1–5 years of field sales experience.
• Prior experience in school sales is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Olympiad Programs, Sports Education, EdTech, School ERP, Educational Publishing, STEM/Robotics, Skill Development or School Activity Programs will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits across Pune.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
