Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities in performance and affiliate marketing, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective clients, present suitable pay models and campaign solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and nurturing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing to support strategic growth. Qualifications Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation within performance and affiliate marketing environments. Strong Business acumen with experience in sales, negotiation, and understanding of various digital pay models. Excellent Communication skills, including client presentation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building. Proven Account Management capabilities, with experience maintaining and growing key client relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equival
