Business Development Executive (Freelance) Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to onboard IT clients exclusively for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing in India. This is a 100% commission-based remote role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for professionals who understand the C2H hiring model and have strong client connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard India-based IT clients for C2H hiring requirements only
• Connect with HRs, TA Heads, and Hiring Managers for C2H needs
• Generate requirements through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and referrals
• Share requirements with the delivery team and support closures
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat C2H business

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in C2H IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / BD
• Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire hiring lifecycle
• Existing network of IT hiring stakeholders is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable with a commission-only structure

Compensation

• Attractive commission per C2H closure
• No cap on earnings
