Role Description

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, student/client counselling, sales activities, relationship management, and successful conversion of qualified prospects.

key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop potential leads through approved channels.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with students, clients, and prospective customers professionally.
• Product & Service Promotion: Explain company programs, services, and offerings.
• Sales Conversion: Follow up with qualified leads and support successful conversions.
• Customer Counselling: Understand requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with prospects and customers.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity, lead, and conversion reports.
• Target Achievement: Work towards assigned individual and team business targets.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with HR, sales, marketing, and management teams.

Qualification

Diploma, UG, PG students and fresh graduates from any relevant stream can apply. No prior experience is required.
